Six candidates have filed for trustee positions for the village of Lake Barrington for the April 7 election.
According to Lake Barrington village clerk Loretta Peterson, five candidates filed on Monday, Dec. 15 and a lottery was held regarding ballot placement.
John Schaller, the only incumbent trustee, placed fifth on the ballot.
First on the ballot is Agnes M. Tomasian, followed by James C. Thompson. Andrew Burke and Christopher Pearson placed third and fourth, respectively.
Lou Incandela, who was not part of the lottery system, placed sixth on the ballot. All six candidates are running for full, four-year terms.
